By accessing and using our DGFT DSC services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

DGFT DSC provides the following services:

• DGFT Digital Signature Certificate application processing
• Document verification and validation
• DSC token delivery and installation support
• Technical support and customer service
• DGFT portal registration assistance
• Ongoing maintenance and support services

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit authentic and valid documents
• Maintain the confidentiality of your DSC credentials
• Use the DSC only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized use
• Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner

Pricing:

• 1 Year DGFT DSC: ₹2,700
• 2 Years DGFT DSC: ₹3,500
• 3 Years DGFT DSC: ₹4,500

Payment Terms:

• Payment must be made in full before service delivery
• We accept online payments through secure payment gateways
• All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified
• No refunds will be provided once the DSC is generated and delivered

Processing Time:

• Document verification: Within 2 hours
• DSC generation: Within 24 hours
• Token delivery: 2-3 business days via courier
• Total processing time: 3-5 business days

Delivery Terms:

• Free shipping across India
• Delivery to the address provided during application
• Signature required upon delivery
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties
• We are not liable for misuse of the DSC by the customer
• We are not responsible for government policy changes affecting DSC usage

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and services are owned by DGFT DSC or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our services

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Misuse of our services

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
