Due to the nature of our DGFT DSC services, we have a strict no-refund policy once the Digital Signature Certificate has been generated and delivered. However, we may consider refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

2Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the DSC within the promised timeframe (5-7 business days)
- Technical Issues: If the DSC token is defective or non-functional upon delivery
- Document Rejection: If your application is rejected due to our error in document verification
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service
- Service Cancellation: If you cancel your application before document verification begins
3Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after DSC generation
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Document rejection due to customer error
- Loss or damage of DSC token after delivery
- Misuse or unauthorized use of the DSC
- Government policy changes affecting DSC usage
- Customer's inability to use the DSC due to technical limitations
- Delays caused by third-party services (courier, government agencies)
4Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to dscsignaturecertificate@gmail.com with your refund request
- Provide Details: Include your application reference number, payment details, and reason for refund
- Documentation: Submit any supporting documents (photos of defective token, rejection letters, etc.)
- Review Process: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Decision: You will be notified of our decision via email
- Processing: If approved, refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
5Refund Amount
Full Refund: Provided in cases of service non-delivery or technical defects
Partial Refund: May be provided in cases of partial service delivery or minor issues
Processing Fees: Payment gateway processing fees (2-3%) are non-refundable
Shipping Costs: Courier charges are non-refundable unless the delivery failed due to our error

Processing Timeline:
- Request Review: 5-7 business days
- Approval Notification: Within 24 hours of review completion
- Refund Processing: 10-15 business days after approval
- Total Timeline: 15-22 business days from request to refund
Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank and payment method.

Instead of a refund, we may offer alternative solutions:
- Replacement: Free replacement of defective DSC token
- Technical Support: Extended technical support to resolve issues
- Service Credit: Credit towards future services
- Upgrade: Free upgrade to higher duration DSC
- Additional Support: Extra installation and setup assistance
